A wee sidelight on an old truck
More rust than glass, actually. This is the last from the Forest Discovery Centre; tomorrow I’ll be back to nature for a while.

The engineer we spoke to said that there was “so much to do”—so many displays to work on. You can see that new things are being developed and reconditioned, although nature clearly wants to take over in other places. I wish them luck with preserving our history—it’s a fascinating place.
I love that first shot, the scale is hard to judge and the contrasts between the clean glass and rust area really nice, as is the form.
Thank you! It’s actually quite a small light, probably an inch high. I like the contrasts too.
Smaller than I thought. Makes me wonder what it was for.
They were on front fenders—I think it’s some kind of sidelight.
