I still need to add rosemary, I guess. We do have thyme, though it’s not shown in the photo.
I never knew that parsley could be a perennial until I got this plant. I bought it, planted it, and that same winter a long cold spell killed it right back. I don’t recall if it did anything the following year—maybe just a hint of growth—and then I transplanted the lump that I assumed was its root, which seemed to confuse it. But every year since, it’s stubbornly insisted on trying to overwhelm the oregano.
The sage fights back, though. It would take over everything if I didn’t get aggressive about pruning.
